Just A Little About Our Resident Reward Programs...
As a means to thank our residents, ALH|Podland Realty & Rental Homes Property Management. offers two reward programs, the first, Timely Payment Rewards Program, is a means to say thanks for paying rent on time and being a responsible resident. The other reward program is to say thanks for referring friends and family to us. It's always more fun to have a family members live in a close proximity to each other, or have a friend live near by.
Timely Rewards Program - Get $100 Bucks From Us!
ALH|Podland Realty & Rental Homes Property Management. offers a reward program to thank our tenants for timely payments. Any resident who has paid his/her rent by the first of the month, for eleven consecutive months and renews their lease, will get a $100 gift certificate from ALH|Podland Realty Atlanta Property Management homes at lease renewal. The gift certificate can be used at their discretion, to go to a restaurant of their choice, to shop at any store (in-town or online), to apply it to an upgrade. In simple words, to do as they please. Treat themselves to an extra $100 bucks! If that doesn't excite you, then we don't know what will! There is only one rule and absolutely No exceptions, rent payments must be received by the company on the 1st of each month and no later then the 3d, otherwise the resident will not qualify for the program.
Referral Bucks Rewards Program
Any ALH|Podland Realty & Rental Homes Property Management. resident who recommends someone through our Referral Rewards Program and that person meets the Rental criteria and rents a home from ALH|Podland Realty & Rental Homes Property Management., will get a $100 gift certificate that can be used for anything, and we mean anything! A gift card to your favorite restaurant, or shop, or a department store, or for an upgrade. Recommend us to five people and get a $500 in rewards! It's that simple. All you have to do is email us a list of people to whom you have given our website address and if your friends or relatives move in, we'll send you a gift card of your choice.
People recommended by the residents must still go through our approval process and meet the necessary criteria for acceptance.
