Marina manages ALH|Podland Realty and is passionate about Real Estate Investment, Property Management and Rental properties. She works daily to achieve a 97% satisfaction rate for her clients. She pays high attention to detail and it shows in the homes. She offers several different programs that separate the company from others such as the Timely Payment Rewards Program, Referral Program and just how she manages the whole team and taking care of all the residents while balancing the responsibility of answering to company owners.

Michael Shlomov
Maintenance Manager
Michael Shlomov, a licensed builder is the state of GA, ensures that all the homes are functioning the way they should. Responding to emergencies and various maintenance request, it is Michael's responsibility to make sure that all properties are in tip-top shape. Michael, originally from the former Soviet Union, has been living in Atlanta with his family since 1989 and building and remodeling homes since 1999. Michael and his expertise in home construction, is a great addition to our ALH|Podland Realty family.

Accountant
Jill, has just recently moved to the Atlanta area from the suburbs of Chicago. She loves Georgia weather, playing with her dog, traveling and spending time with her family. We, at ALH|Podland are excited to have Jill join our team as she brings many years of experience and accounting knowledge to our organization.

Office Assistant
Greta does prospective resident screening and provides assistance to tenants, and coordinates our subcontractors to ensure maintenance work is being done.
