Investor Rewards Program

If you are an investor with ALH|Podland and would like to recommend us to your friends and family, fill out the form and let us know who your referrals are. Once the property is purchased for your friend and construction has began, our sister company Atlanta Legacy Homes Inc. will give you a Thank You check for $300.

You must fill out the form on this page prior to us speaking with your friend or colleague. The person you are referring must tell us that YOU gave them our number and contact information. The person being referred, must purchase a property through ALH|Podland Realty LLC and must sign a contract for remodeling with remodeling work having began.
